Erdinger Jurgen Klopp Glass Loyalty Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to persons aged 18 or over and resident in England and Wales, excluding employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter or the Venue (as defined below), their associated companies, agents, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
3. To enter, collect six stickers from participating licensed premises displaying the promotional material advertising this promotion (Venue) using the promotional reward card available from that Venue (Card). Collect one sticker for each pint or 500ml bottle of ERDINGER WEISSBIER purchased from the Venue between 01.04.2024 and 31.05.2024 (Promotional Period).
4. All stamps must be collected from the Venue. Only one stamp may be collected per person per day and no more than four stamps may be collected in any one week - please drink responsibly. Normal rules as to the sale of drinks apply.
5. Once you have filled the Card with six stickers, exchange the Card at the Venue to receive one special edition Jürgen Klopp glass (Glass). Cards may only be redeemed at a Venue - please do not attempt to redeem the Card other than at a Venue.
6. There is a total of 912 Glasses available to claim, with 24 available to claim at each Venue. Glasses are subject to availability at each participating Venue. Please check availability with Venue staff prior to purchase.
7. All completed Cards must be submitted to the Venue, and the Glass claimed, before the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Cards that are lost for any reason. Redemption of the Card may be refused by the Venue at its sole discretion if it appears to be forged, damaged, photocopied or altered in any way. The decision of the Venue manager in all matters regarding this promotion will be final.
8. Cards not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of at least equal value if circumstances make this necessary.
10. Cards, stickets and Glasses are subject to availability and non-transferable, and no cash or other alternative will be offered. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, change or cancel the promotion at any time. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
12. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
